Merger of Heinrich Hahne

As part of the realignment of our corporate structure within our Group, all business operations at our company, Heinrich Hahne GmbH & Co. KG, will be merged with Sievert Baustoffe SE & Co. KG as of 1 January 2021.

As of 01.01.2021, our direct business will be carried out under the name Sievert Baustoffe SE & Co. KG, and the same company will supersede Heinrich Hahne GmbH & Co. KG as distributor and contractual partner. Our business activities or existing business relationships will not be impacted as a result of this realignment of our corporate structure. All contractual and other legal relationships, including all certifications/approvals, will be transferred in their entirety to Sievert Baustoffe SE & Co. KG as part of a universal succession and continue to exist unchanged with this company.

No structural changes will be made to our business operations as a result of this change. We are currently only bundling the business processes relating to the Building Materials segment under a single operating company.

Sievert Baustoffe GmbH & Co. KG is registered with the Local Court of Osnabrück with company number HRA 7480. The personally liable company is Sievert Baustoffe Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, with registered office in Osnabrück, and registered with the Local Court of Osnabrück with company number HRB 20992.
