Foundation wall protection with IMBERAL^® – seal correctly right from the start!

Our IMBERAL^® product range sets standards and offers a large range of solutions. For over 40 years, we have been developing and producing 1- and 2-component bitumen thick coatings. We make absolutely no compromises in the waterproofing and renovation of buildings. Numerous patents and niche products show that we can do more than just manufacture: we develop solutions. We rely on an environmentally friendly solution and therefore only use the best raw materials from the very best suppliers. The question regarding the correct bitumen, hybrid or other materials is not the main focus, but rather the correct concept. We develop products that are correctly aligned to your needs and requirements. Many millions of square meters of construction surface have been permanently sealed with IMBERAL^® bitumen thick coatings and thousands of basements owe their impermeability to the developments of the IMBERAL^® system family!

The polymer-modified bitumen thick coatings IMBERAL^® 2K 20B, IMBERAL^® S100 90B, IMBERAL^® 2K Winter 26B, IMBERAL^® 2K-D 20B, ÖKOPLAST^® 1K 20B and ÖKOPLAST^® 2K 20B can be used as building sealing in the area of the building that is in contact with the soil in the following load cases:

• Ground moisture (DIN 18195-4:2000-08)
• Non-pressing water (DIN 18195-5:2000-08)
• Temporarily standing seepage water up to a maximal foundation depth of 3.0 m below top ground surface.
• Pressing water (groundwater) up to a maximal foundation depth of 3.0 m (DIN 18195-6:2000-08).

In addition, for the mentioned load cases they can also be used for the sealing of construction joints and butt joints in the transition of the surface sealing to the concrete building elements with high water resistance (e.g. transition to wall/impermeable concrete).
