It provides high adhesive tensile strength and mechanical strength due to its favourable combination of grain size, high-grade cement and polymer powder.

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACEThe substrates must be firm, resilient, free of frost, dust, dirt and mortar residues.
APPLICATIONGuidelines are DIN 1053 for masonry and DIN V 18550 for plaster.
Prime the surface with INTRASIT
® Aquarol 10A. Alternatively, wet the surface in such a way that when you apply the primer, the surface has a matt-damp appearance.
| 1. | Slowly add INTRASIT® SM 54Z to clear water in a clean mixing container while stirring it well until it becomes a smooth paste.
Recommended mixing ratios:
Pneumatic mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT® SM 54Z + 3.5 l water
+ 1 kg HADALAN® HE 10D
Waterproof mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT® SM 54Z + 4.0 l water
Waterproof mortar for use below ground:
25 kg INTRASIT® SM 54Z + 3.0 l water
+ 1 l IMBERAL® BES 10B
Repair mortar:
25 kg INTRASIT® SM 54Z + 3.0 l water
+ 1 kg HADALAN® HE 10D |
| 2. | Apply mortar within 30 minutes using the standard tools. |
| 3. | Clean all processing equipment with water immediately after use. |
IMPORTANT NOTES- Observe the working temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
- Keep to a working time of 30 minutes.
