CHARACTERISTICS
HADALAN^®MST 89M are lightfast, abrasion-resistant stone fractions for making high-quality floorings. A special surface treatment is used to break the edges and corners of the stones to make them very easy to use.

USE
Mixed with the appropriate HADALAN^®Binder, HADALAN^® MST 89M are used for producing decorative non-slip scratch coatings for indoors and outdoors.

Grain size 2 – 4 mm
for 8 mm layer thickeness

PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE
The substrate must be sound, with a dry surface and free from dirt, dust, cleaner residues or other adhesion reducing substances.
Where there are marked temperature changes in connection with increased relative humidity, there is a risk of condensation collecting on the substrate surface. Before starting work on coating, this water film must be completely dried off.

APPLICATION

	1.	Depending on the application, HADALAN^®MST 89M are mixed with 3.5 - 7 % binder. Pre-tests should be carried out as required.
	2.	The stirred trowel mix is spread evenly on the prepared surface and smoothed down and compacted in a homogeneous manner with a smoothing trowel.
	3.	Clean tools with HADALAN^®EPV 38L immediately after use.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Follow the notes in our application instructions and appropriate technical data sheets.
Use HADALAN^®EPV 38L from a single batch to obtain visually similar surfaces. Using different batches can lead to colour variations.
When laying ensure that the drainage level has a sufficient slope, so that the natural stone covering can drain properly and no puddles can form.
