1. | Mix HADALAN® BM2K 12P in a separate container according to the processing instructions. | |
2. | Add the necessary quantity of HADALAN® SM 57DD to the binder and mix. | |
3. | To activate the reaction, add the required amount of HADALAN® BSA 17DD and mix. | |
4. | Apply the finished mixture to the prepared surface using a roller. | |
Levelling coat with HADALAN® BM2K 12P on vertical surfaces | ||
1. | Pour HADALAN® MST 89M into a mixing vessel. | |
2. | Mix HADALAN® BM2K 12P in a separate container according to the processing instructions. | |
3. | Add the homogeneously mixed binder HADALAN® BM2K 12P to the marble stones HADALAN® MST 89M and mix. | |
4 | Now add the required amount of HADALAN® SM 57DD to the mixture of marble stones and binder and mix. | |
5. | To activate the reaction, now add HADALAN® BSA 17DD in the required quantity and mix. | |
6. | The finished mixture is worked into the fresh adhesive layer, compacted and levelled. | |
7. | Ensure an even layer thickness when applying the material. | |
8. | Cleaning the units when fresh with HADALAN® EPV 38L. | |
9. | Cured material can only be removed mechanically. | |
Filler coating with HADALAN® LF68 12P on vertical surfaces | ||
1. | Mixing of the adhesive layer for vertical surfaces: Mix 1 part by volume of HADALAN® LF68 12P with 2 parts by volume of HADALAN® SM 57DD using a suitable stirrer with LX stirrer until a stable paste is obtained or mix one bottle of 1.25 kg HADALAN® LF68 12P with 2.5 l HADALAN® SM 57DD as described above. | |
2. | Mixing of natural stone for vertical surfaces: Mix 25 kg HADALAN® MST 89M and 1.25 kg HADALAN® LF68 12P using a mixer with MK stirrer. Then mix in 2.5 l HADALAN® SM 57DD until a homogeneous mass is obtained. | |
3. | Even application of the adhesive layer. | |
4. | Fresh in fresh, the previously mixed HADALAN® MST 89M is worked into the adhesive layer, compacted and levelled. |
