CHARACTERISTICS
HADALAN® BSA 17DD is a catalyst solution for HADALAN® BM2K 12P and accelerates crosslinking.

      USE
      HADALAN® BSA 17DD serves as an additive for HADALAN® BM2K 12P. The addition considerably accelerates the reaction speed of the binder, which enables the use of the HADALAN® SM 57DD setting agent together with the HADALAN® BM2K 12P binder.

      QUANTITY REQUIRED
      80 g (one bottle) to approx. 1.75 kg HADALAN® BM2K 12P and corresponding quantities of HADALAN® SM 57DD and HADALAN® MST 89M.

        PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE

          APPLICATION
          Application on vertical surfaces:
          •add HADALAN® BSA 17DD to the mixed binder HADALAN® BM2K 12P and mix with a slow-running mixer (400 - 600 rpm).

          Application with HADALAN® MST 89M 2-4 mm:
          1.Mixing of the adhesive layer for vertical surfaces, mix 1 volume part HADALAN® BM2K 12P with 2 volume parts HADALAN® SM 57DD intensively with a drill and stirrer until a stable paste is obtained.
          2.Mixing the natural stones 25 kg HADALAN®MST 89M with 1.25 kg HADALAN® BM2K 12P mix. Then mix in 2.5 l HADALAN® SM 57DD until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
          3.Application of the adhesive layer with an epoxy roller. Adhere to material consumption of max. 0.4 kg.
          4.Fresh in fresh, the previously mixed HADALAN® MST 89M is worked into the adhesive layer, compacted and levelled.
          5.Make sure that the layer thickness is even when applying the material.
          6.Clean the equipment in a fresh state with HADALAN® EPV 38L.
          7.Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

          IMPORTANT NOTES
          • If HADALAN® BSA 17DD is used without the addition of the setting agent HADALAN® SM 57DD, processing of the natural stone levelling compound may be difficult or not possible due to the considerable acceleration of the reaction.
