USE
INTRASIT® UT 18L is used for treating virtually all types of formwork. For the protection and care of building machinery, in particular as a release agent for asphalt transport and conveyor vehicles. The adhesion of the hot asphalt is significantly reduced enabling better cleaning of the storage and conveyor surfaces.

Areas of application:
- Steel formwork, wooden formwork (including plasticcoated) and plastic formwork
- Heated formwork up to +180 °C
- Production of in-situ concrete and fair-faced concrete
- Precast concrete components
- Asphalt transport vehicles
PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE
The substrate must be clean and dry.
APPLICATION
Guidelines are DIN 1045 for concrete and reinforced concrete, DIN 18999 for concrete and mortar additives.
If the product is applied with a spraying device, an oil-resistant model must be used.IMPORTANT NOTES

DISPOSAL

APPLICATION

| 1. | Use a wide brush, rag or spraying device to apply a thin layer of INTRASIT® UT 18L evenly onto the formwork or storage surfaces. Avoid the formation of pools. | |
