CHARACTERISTICS
GALABAU RJM-P 1K is a ready-to-use, water-permeable grout (joint mortar) for concrete stone and natural stone paving, flagstones and clinker brick surfaces. Can be easily washed or slurried into the joints and leaves no cavities. The new surface is easy to clean with a water-tolerant recipe.

The surface to be grouted should be constructed in such a manner that later loads do not cause any loosening of the lining‘s joints. Before the application of the mortar, the surface must be moistened with water spray; however, no water may stagnate in the joints themselves.APPLICATION
The material is ready to use. Tip out from the vacuum plastic bag in the PE bucket directly on to the paving surface (well wetted). Brush in to the joints or wash in as a slurry. If the grout is washed in as a slurry, then it will compact better and the cohesiveness will be higher.

The usual hygiene measures and safety precautions applicable to the handling of chemical products must be observed. Make sure you wear the correct protective clothing.

| 2. | Grouting with GALABAU RJM-P 1K is done by slurrying in the material with a squeegee or a suitable brush. For this, we recommend forming the grout into a suitable slurry by using sufficient water. | |
| 3. | After 15-20 minutes the joints are compacted with a medium-hard brush, lengthwise and sideways. Brush off any residue on the stone surface and completely remove with water mist. The pavement must not be allowed to dry out completely until it has been completely cleaned. | |
| 4. | Immediately after use, clean all processing equipment with water. |
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Adhere to the processing temperature from +5 °C to +30 °C.
- The sub-base (foundation) must be able to bear a load and sufficiently permeable so as to prevent any subsidence (settlement) or frost damage.
- The freshly jointed surface must be protected from frost for at least 24 hours. A strain due to rain, etc. must be correspondingly avoided. Do not subject the joints to a load too early.
- Carry out a preliminary test.
